Quilling Petticoat Scrolls

Quilling, also known as paper filigree, is a craft that creates art with rolled, shaped and glued paper. Artists use the special tools to roll, loop, curl, twist or fold colored paper strips into unique shapes. These shapes are then glued to two 8″ x 11″ art boards with pre-printed images, using included glue sticks and tweezers. From Djeco for ages 8+
